Yoga with Beth Carpenter, AFPA Certified Personal Trainer, AAAI/ISMA Certified Yoga Instructor. Monday night yoga is a Hatha Yoga class. It is a beginner friendly class but is appropriate for all ages. The focus is on a relaxing practice that helps unwind the body and mind from the daily stress we all encounter.
