Aqua Fitness with Kathie Ferguson, NETA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Fitour Certified Aquatics Instructor, and Certification in both Hydro Pilates and HITT/Tabata training. Every week the activities in our Aqua Fitness class change. The water provides core and resistance work just by being in it.  The classes focus on that work using movement from line dancing, kick boxing, boot camps, fitness relays, yoga, pilates, and activities of daily living.  We end each class with flexibility and usually some spontaneous silliness.  An…

Aquatics Class with Kathy Barthlama, Fitour Certified Group Fitness Instructor.  This class is full of fun and energy.  Participants twist, kick and move up a storm for their cardio workout followed by specialized exercises for a total body workout.  If you don’t do the can-can or run football drills on land, come experience a class where YOU make it happen.  Mostly seniors in this class but all are welcome!
