Aqua Fitness with Kathie Ferguson, NETA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Fitour Certified Aquatics Instructor, and Certification in both Hydro Pilates and HITT/Tabata training. Every week the activities in our Aqua Fitness class change. The water provides core and resistance work just by being in it. The classes focus on that work using movement from line dancing, kick boxing, boot camps, fitness relays, yoga, pilates, and activities of daily living. We end each class with flexibility and usually some spontaneous silliness. An adventurous spirit is all that is required to join us.
